Spark Resistant Tools
The safety of maintenance personnel is fundamentally important to Savgen and its founders, having once been maintenance personnel themselves. Thus, Savgen’s Spark Resistant Tool (SRT) range is specifically designed to fulfil the needs of zones such as oil refineries, offshore oil rigs, mines, amongst others. Savgen SRT’s have been extensively used in multiple industries, and our experience and know-how will ensure yours and your team’s safety.
Gas Turbine Maintenance and Upgrades
The compression cycle consumes large quantities of air, and despite intake filtration, small quantities of dues, aerosols and water pass through and deposit on the gas turbine blades. These deposits impede airflow and degrade overall performance of the gas turbine over time. Savgen increases the effectiveness of the online water washes by washing the LPC and HPC independently, minimising the performance degradation caused by compressor fouling, developing a gas turbine compressor cleaning solution that recovers lost performance while improving heat rate and unit availability.
